Simple in composition, with great aromaticity and low degree of acidity. It is a blend of fine 100% Arabica coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and India. In order to best express the potential of each single origin, these are roasted separately, left to rest and then expertly mixed cold with the others, as required by the tradition of the ancient Venice roasting companies. Each of the four origins is associated with the name of the plantation of origin or the producer. The direct and exclusive import for Italy allows total traceability. In the cup, the aromas and aromas of each single origin are denoted.
Description
Simple in its composition, Doge Rosso offers grand aromas and low acidity. A blend composed of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and India, each origin is roasted separately and then “cold-blended” as dictated by the Venetian tradition. Each of the four origins is associated with the name of the plantation or the individual grower. The direct and exclusive importation allows for complete authenticity as the beans can be traced back to their origins. The aromas and flavours of each single origin are noted in each cup.
