COLOMBIA – WILDER LAZO

Description

Carbonic Macerated Honey – Pink Bourbon. A mouthful to say and to drink. We brewed this coffee at a special event and to say it was a hit – would be an understatement. Very sweet and drinkable with a wonderful floral finish. We find the sweetness of pineapple, the creaminess of mango lassi, and the earthy florality of chamomile. This coffee is special and we’d like to thank Wilder Lazo and his team for their hard work, complicated processing, and for the rare varietal that is pink bourbon.
