Salted Irish cream & coffee cocktail

Coffee Recipes

A strong, cold coffee is an excellent base for a summer cocktail.

Ingredients:

For four servings

240 ml espresso

200 ml Irish cream

½ tsp Maldon sea salt

You will need this:

  • ice cube mold
  • cocktail glasses

How to prepare?

  1. Pour the cold brew coffee into an ice cube mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours until frozen.
  2. Bring the Irish cream to boil and immediately turn off the heat. Warm the cocktail glasses with hot water.
  3. Divide four coffee ice cubes between the glasses and pour the Irish cream.
  4. Sprinkle it with sea salt just before serving. The coffee ice cubes will slowly melt and release more and more flavor.

Replace a few coffee ice cubes with regular ice cubes if you find the cocktail too strong.
