Mocha Cola from Brazil

Coffee Recipes

Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world, so it is not surprising that it has a strong coffee culture with several unique recipes.

The Mocha Cola is the richest variant of a traditional Brazilian iced coffee, touching on dessert territory.

While it’s not the healthiest option from the coffee drinks, it’s undeniably delicious. It combines the sweetness of chocolate and cola with the strength and bitterness of coffee.

Supplies:

  • 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 360 ml cola
  • 3 cups of chocolate milk
  • Ice cubes are divided among four chilled glasses.
  •  Ice cream (vanilla) or whipped cream as a topping

Preparation:

  1. Make your coffee twice as strong as usual, and let it cool while you gather the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Mix the coffee, chocolate milk, and cola.
  3. Divide the mixture among the four glasses and top each with your choice of ice cream or whipped cream. A dash of chocolate syrup wouldn’t be unpleasant, either. Enjoy!
