Ingredients:

  • Americano or strong brewed coffee
  • Coconut milk or any other milk of your choice (can be from a carton or a can, preferably unsweetened)
  • Grated Coconut 

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into an ice cube tray. You can use a standard ice cube tray or any other silicone mold you have available.
  2. Add grated coconut over the milk.
  3. Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and let it freeze completely. This may take several hours or overnight.
  4. Once the milk is fully frozen, remove the ice cube tray from the freezer.
  5. Pop out the milk cubes from the tray and transfer them to a resealable freezer bag or an airtight container if you’re not using them immediately.
  6. Brew a shot of americano coffee or espresso. You can use an espresso machine, Moka pot, or any method you prefer.
  7. Pour the coffee over the milk cubes.
  8. Stir gently.
  9. Optionally, you can add sweeteners like sugar, honey, or flavored syrups if you prefer a sweeter taste.
