Only fully ripened highland beans are carefully processed by hand and professionally roasted for a long time at low temperatures: for an overwhelming fullness of aroma.
We have always used only coffee beans from organic cultivation. Espresso Arabica contains only highland Arabica beans from the “El Chorro” Finca in Chiapas, Mexico. We have been working with this coffee plantation for years. Sustainable and fair.
