Coffee blend with a strong taste, which we wanted to call Instinctive. A coffee to be savored at all hours of the day as it is made up of a careful combination of three Robusta coffee plantations. A carefully selected Robusta, whose mixing gives life to a cup of coffee with a marked creaminess characterized by a dark roast which in the cup turns into the classic Neapolitan espresso with a golden color tending to dark brown. A coffee that is not afraid to declare itself 100% Robusta as it has been able to balance the acidity rate of some African coffee plantations with the neutral and velvety notes of the best Indian Robustas, creating hints that recall toasted bread and spicy wood, which in the aftertaste evolves into a persistent sensation of toasted hazelnuts. The classic Neapolitan espresso with a strong and decisive flavor but at the same time sweet and delicate to be enjoyed even without sugar. The main feature is the density of the cream on the surface of which the sugar will float for no less than six seconds before it is completely embraced, further enriching the coffee with the sweetness that everyone wants to attribute to it.
