Brasil Fazenda Lagoa

Description

This specialty coffee comes from the state of Minas Gerais and grows on very nutrient-rich soils at altitudes between 950 and 1200 meters. The Sul de Minas growing region is one of the best in the country. Since this coffee yields only small harvest quantities due to the special and careful selection, it is often quickly sold out and is only intended for a few quality roasters. The beans are unwashed and sun-dried. It impresses with its naturally mild aroma, its sweetish softness and a chocolate-caramel finish.
