Description

Windansea is our Light Roast coffee from Ethiopia. Regarded as the birthplace of coffee, these beans are often referred to as the best in the world. Ethiopian coffees are traditionally lightly roasted to bring out their naturally bright and fruity flavors.

This coffee is from the town of Hagere Mariam in the Guji Zone which lies within the greater Oromia region of Ethiopia. Naturally processed coffee’s are left to dry inside the cherry before being processed. This give the beans more fruit and fermented flavors.

Windansea Beach is located just south of La Jolla and is known for its stunning views and large surf break. Despite these amazing features, Windansea tends to be less crowded than surrounding beaches. The beauty found at this beach is matched by the flavor found in our Ethiopian coffee.
