Description
Grown on the North Shore, near Waialua and Haleiwa, this lot is from the only coffee farm on O’ahu.
Our Waialua offering is a Natural Process coffee where the coffee bean is dried and processed with the whole cherry skin and pulp intact.
This method gives the sugars and pulp more time to impart more flavors into the final cup. The Waialua coffee starts off as a mellow, earthy cup that is layered with cinnamon. The finish is muted, but lengthy.
