Coffee tradition
We have been trading and roasting coffee since 1761. We have refined our knowledge of coffee roasting over the centuries. The mixtures are
roasted in the drum roaster at around 200 degrees for around 16-20 minutes. Unlike in industrial roasting plants, where
the process is greatly shortened and the temperatures are much higher,
our roasting masters monitor
the roasting process with their eyes, nose, and palate.
