Jordan Filippidis, the founder of Top Shelf Coffee, started over 25 years ago with nothing but an old roaster, small grinder, and a wallet full of dreams. What he had that wasn’t old or small was his coffee. It was big on quality and unique in its taste. From day one he roasted only the best obtainable Arabica beans, never mixing in inferior quality beans to keep costs low.

We use our flagship Colombian Supremo Blend to create our flavored coffees. What makes it so good is the way we do it: we flavor our coffee shortly after roasting to let our beans get infused with flavoring during the critical process of coffee oxygenation.
