Description
Todos Santos is our Light Roast from Kenya. Rated as AA, these are among the finest and largest beans to come out of the country. While distinct flavors can vary widely between regions, Kenyan coffee is known to have a fuller body and more richness when compared to Ethiopian coffee.
These beans come from the Nyeri region, found in the central highlands between the Western part of Mount Kenya and the Eastern end of the Great Rift Valley, known for producing the best coffee in Kenya. The region is so close to the equator that there is minimal difference between the seasons. This makes it possible to harvest twice a year, the main harvest and a smaller harvest.
Todos Santos is a small coastal town located an hour north of Cabo San Lucas. This town is known for its local charm and world-renowned surfing. It is a hard-working town with lots of farming and agriculture, just like the nation of Kenya.
