We all know the importance of coffee in our lives. We need a coffee in the morning, at work, in the afternoon and even in the night time If we work late. Sometimes we drink it as water. But most of the time we drink it because it’s a corner of happiness with a strong, fresh taste that makes you wake up and do your stuff.
Moreover, we can see that every type of event has a coffee corner. There you can recharge your batteries, take snacks and also have a small talk with someone. A lot of people say that coffee is an excuse or a context for a conversation. But where and how important is this beverage when it comes to events?
Business events
When it comes to business meetings, conferences or other types of events in this certain field coffee is a necessity. One reason would be the fact that people have small talk about their business mentioning what they want to promote, how they would like to collaborate in the future and all that happens between the cofferences. Another reason would be the fact they get to know other business people while they grab a cup of coffee. And while they are enjoying it, they exchange their business cards and share ideas about future successful projects. This is the magical effect of caffeine.
Entertaining events
Getting in mind the idea of organizing entertaining events such as a concert or a music festival, I would say that coffee plays a significant role in this position. We all know that these types of events are energy consumers and we need to have as much as we can because we want to jump, dance and sing with the artists. Fortunately, festivals are well aware of the necessity of coffee and they provide enough coffee suppliers for the event so that people should not feel tired at all. In fact, there is a coffee roaster every 5 minutes in order to cover the whole capacity of the festival because we are talking about hundreds of people. And yes, you will find every type of coffee: from green coffee, to black coffee, robusta, arabica, and a diversity of tastes you will never forget.
Anniversaries events
We all need a coffee before going to an event such as anniversaries. Why? The answer is absolutely obvious. Because you will spend your time in a shopping mall searching for the best gift. Anyway, the truth is coffee is the best way to be welcomed and this is a well known fact. After you arrive at the location, you go talk to the anniversary girl and then take a deep breath drinking a coffee. You will have a lot of time to chill and relax before the party gets started. Until then, enjoy the conversation and be prepared to hear the news from your best friends. Coffee will give you the energy to get through the day.
Restaurant Opening/ Products releasing events
If you are a business person that is ready to blow the market off with something new, innovative and interesting you need to make them fall in love with your coffee first and then everything is considered done. Well, we all have been at least once at a product release or a restaurant opening and everything has seemed very glamorous and elegant. The first thing we were looking for was a glass of water and a cup of coffee. But even if you don’t feel like you want a coffee at the start, when you will see the crowd that is standing there talking about the event, friends that are sharing impressions and people that are tasting fine dining from the bar you will make yourself conscious that coffee is what you need for that moment. And the fun fact is that coffee stays on the table until the end of the event even if the glass it’s not completely empty.
All in all, I do consider coffee an important part of an event because people require this beverage a lot and events provide it because there is no other way they can do it without it. Also it became a formality, and a to do list at every event on this planet, not mentioning that there are specific events dedicated to coffee and its flavours. Keep in mind that even if you don’t want a coffee from the beginning, you will eventually need one.
