Description
Our signature coffee. Designed to be equally at home in a pour-over, french press or espresso machine. This is what we use for espresso in all our shops. Delicious. The Core delivers the whole package – syrupy body, bright citrus notes and a dark chocolate finish. This blend is our most complex, boasting five coffees from four regions: Ethiopia, Guatemala, Papua New Guinea and Sumatra.
