Surprising ingredient in the new Starbucks Oleato drink

Starbucks announced a new line of coffee drinks. They call it Starbucks Oleato. The beverages combine coffee with an unusual ingredient: extra virgin olive oil.

Starbucks’ latest innovations. But what is the Oleato?

Starbucks Oleato combines coffee with a dash of cold-pressed olive oil. The recipe reflects a tradition rooted in centuries of Italian history: enjoying a spoonful of olive oil daily for an uplifting experience.

What does Starbucks Oleato taste like?

Starbucks Stories describes the new Oleato drinks as velvety smooth, delicately sweet, and lush.

Amy Dilger, Starbucks’s principal drink developer, said that when they created the beverages, they were inspired by the coffee and olive oil’s history and origin stories.

When was Starbucks Oleato released?

The Oleato Coffee with olive oil was first introduced in Italy but will later be available in California, Japan, the Middle East, and Great Britain.

Oleato Caffe Latte

Starbucks makes the Oleato Caffe Latte with Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast and with the Partanna olive oil to form a sweeter sip. They prepare this beverage with oat milk.
