The organic coffee is grown on a single coffee farm in an outstanding location in southern Mexico.
The excellent arabica, which made Mexico the third-largest coffee nation in the world, has been grown in the Chiapas region since the nineteenth century. A steady maritime breeze from the nearby Pacific coast gives the foreland of the Sierra Madre ideal climatic conditions for air-drying the traditionally wet-processed coffee cherries.
