 SEPARATE ROASTING

Roasting is the most important and delicate moment in coffee production. It is in this phase that the green beans are colored and take on their definitive aroma. Each type of green coffee has its own optimal cooking point, only by roasting the different single origins separately can an extraordinary quality be obtained from each.

The french press café consists of two parts:  a container for water and a  lid with a plunger filter. 

For the preparation of grams of coffee with  the  French press put 30-40 grams 

of coffee for  every 500 ml of water in the jug, when the water is hot pour it directly 

into the jug and mix everything with  a spoon to  evenly distribute the 

coffee powder. Leave to infuse for about 4 minutes.
