A fine grind, well suited to ESPRESSO extraction . This method of extraction will bring out notes of raisins, red fruits and then almond from this delicate and finely tangy cru.

In northwestern Peru, the province of San Ignacio is home to a remarkable nature reserve for its fauna and flora: the Tabaconas Incia Namballe National Sanctuary – SNT

The producers of the Alto Ihuamaca village, very close to this protected nature reserve, cultivate excellent varieties of Arabica between 1,600 and 1,700m above sea level, under the shade of the “mist forests” typical of this ecosystem of the Andean plateau.
