PERU COFFEE BEAN
Finely acidulated coffee, very pleasant, with a moderate body. It has pleasant chocolate notes, which will go perfectly with chocolate desserts or spicy desserts.
Malongo imports coffee from several cooperatives, including Alto Mayo and Sol y Café. The first brings together 943 producers harvesting cherries in 43 production areas. The second brings together 1,122 members, some of whom regularly rank among the best in quality competitions organized at national level and abroad. The farms are mainly located in mountainous areas, in the shade of the forest, where coffee trees stand alongside banana trees. Today, the country is one of the major players in the export of fair trade coffee.
