Description

This fruit-forward coffee has a unique processing method, and we are excited to share it with you.  After the skin of the coffee cherry is removed, the wet mucilage-covered coffee is put into tanks and allowed to ferment.  Then the coffee is dried on patios until it reaches the proper moisture content.  We know you’ll enjoy the juicy mouthfeel and floral aftertaste!
