This green organic coffee is very finely ground (powder form), not roasted and comes from controlled organic cultivation according to EU regulation (EG No. 834/2007). It was carefully processed in a specially developed process. Only our special production process helps to preserve the valuable ingredients during processing. We work without additives, so we can guarantee you a 100% natural product.

Green coffee naturally contains the following valuable substances:

• chlorogenic acid,

This green coffee is mainly used as a dietary supplement for the preparation of vegan smoothies. It can also be used in the production of vegan natural cosmetics in the skincare sector when making lotions, masks, or creams.

Flavor Profile:

When drunk straight, its taste is reminiscent of a mixture of green and black tea. It smells slightly grassy and a little like fresh peas and some hay. Since the typically familiar coffee taste and smell only develops after roasting, it cannot be compared to roasted coffee.
