This highland coffee is grown in the Jinotega region. The coffee is grown in a traditional mixed culture under shady trees at an altitude of approx. 1200m, hand-picked and carefully processed.

It is an organic coffee of the highest quality (SHG, washed) of the Arabica hybrid Pacamara variety from controlled organic cultivation according to EU regulation (EC No. 834/2007).
