Description
Mexico is considered a pioneer in terms of organic coffee cultivation. For example, coffee farmers use bees to control pests, thus minimizing the use of fungicides. The majority of coffee production is now organically grown.
It is an organic coffee of the highest quality (SHG, washed) of the variety Arabica Typica from controlled organic cultivation according to EU regulation (EG No. 834/2007).
