Description
The pleasantly mild climate and the fertile soil of Honduras are a guarantee for high-quality highland coffee. Honduras Highland thrives to exquisite quality between 1500 and 2000 meters above sea level and is therefore referred to as SHG (“Strictly High Grown”). It comes from the Marcala growing region.
This organic coffee comes from the varieties Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra (quality SHG, washed) from controlled organic cultivation according to EU regulation (EG No. 834/2007).
