Organic Green Coffee Ground 100% Robusta India

Description

This green organic robusta coffee is ground and not roasted. In a special process, it was gently ground cold. Only our special grinding process helps to preserve the valuable ingredients during the grinding process. We work without additives, so we can guarantee you a 100% natural product.

In contrast to Arabica coffee, the chlorogenic acid content of Robusta coffee is slightly higher (approx. 12%). The caffeine content is also higher than that of Arabica coffee.

Green coffee naturally contains the following valuable substances,

• chlorogenic acid
• amino acids and
• lipids

Our green coffee is mainly used as a green coffee beverage.

As a further application, this coffee can also be mixed with the normal roasted coffee powder before brewing (proportion approx. 20%). In contrast to roasted coffee, this is even richer in valuable substances that were destroyed during the roasting process in roasted coffee. This is how coffee is drunk in some Arab countries.

Flavor Profile:

When drunk straight, its taste is reminiscent of a mixture of green and black tea. It smells slightly grassy and a little like fresh peas and some hay. Since the typically familiar coffee taste and smell only develops after roasting, it cannot be compared to roasted coffee.
