Description
OPUS ONE combines the extraordinary acid structure of Central American highland Arabicas, the full-bodied “Minas-Greis” variety from our Brazilian contract farmer, and the legendary “Monsooned Robusta”. Before that, however, each of these extraordinary coffee varieties was individually brewed over an open fire for 18-22 minutes, slowly and roasted with the utmost care to elicit the special characteristic of each variety. The varieties are only mixed after a rest period of at least 10 days in order to achieve the special “OPUS ONE” taste with the typical aroma and its full body.
