Description
The crossing of the Arabica coffee plants Pacas and Maragogype, Pacamara, also produces pearl beans (peaberries) in rare cases.
This pearl bean rarity is then also very large compared to “normal” pearl beans. The giant pearl bean brings a wide variety of delicate flowers and fruit aromas: oranges, tangerines, mango aromas with a very sweet and supple body. Notes of white tea and pear round off the taste character.
