Description
Both of these coffees were processed at the same washing station – Muzo – in Gakenke, Rwanda. They’re from groups of producers all growing the same varieties of coffee in nearly identical environments. The key difference between these two coffees is in how they were processed after cherry was delivered to Muzo. In short, the Mubuga Hill offering is a natural process, and it was dried with fruit still intact around the seed. The Janja Hill offering is a washed process, and it was dried after pulping and fermentation steps to remove the skin and fruit. More details can be found through the links to each page above!
The Muzo Bundle will come with one 12oz bag of Muzo Mubuga Hill, one 12oz bag of Muzo Janja Hill. A perfect chance to taste these two processing methods side-by-side and explore each unique flavor profile!
