Monorigine Etiopia

Ethiopia is the cradle of Coffea arabica and, in the Sidamo region, we have selected a fully traceable coffee that comes from the mountains of the Bombe district, one of the most favorable areas in which to grow quality coffee. Small farmers from the nearby village of Shanta Wene grow their cherries up to 2050 meters high on a maximum of two hectares of land. Once ripe, they take their cherries to Ayla’s washing station which processes them with alternative methods to give the coffee all its sweetness and complexity of its flavor.
