Ethiopia produces an exceptional cru that grows on small farms in the Sidamo region. Cultivated traditionally according to ancestral gestures, picked by hand, this coffee is an integral part of the local culture and is the subject of a ceremony that can last two hours.

In this region, the coffee garden is widespread, this agro-forestry system mixes large trees, (often) banana trees, coffee trees and annual plants. This harmonious production method allows sustainable land use and environmental conservation.
