Jolly Caffe ‘Crema was the first blend to boast the “Certified Italian Espresso” certification according to INEI regulations. Elegant and balanced blend of body and freshness, richness of aroma and elegance; Roasting origin by origin and forced cold air cooling allow a homogeneous and constant final result over time. The organoleptic profile is characterized by unmistakable aromas, sweetness and body; the aroma is fine, aristocratic, elegant, sweet, clean, straightforward.

View: 

Hazelnut-colored cream with brilliant reflections, velvety, persuasive and attractive, with a very fine, consistent and remarkably persistent texture.

Nose: 

Of great olfactory intensity, the scent recalls bitter cocoa, vanilla, biscuit, toasted bread, dried fruit, thousand flower honey, citrus fruits.

Taste: 

Syrupy and velvety body, balanced and sweet, with pleasant freshness and liveliness. Read positive notes of bitterness.

After-smell:

of notable persistence, rich and aromatic; reminiscent of dried fruit, bitter chocolate, toast, caramel, citrus, honey, flowers and fresh fruit.
