We roast our Mexican both light and dark.  Why you may ask?…. it’s cuz we can!   No really, it has great characteristics roasted both ways.  As a light roast it boasts a fruity clean, well balanced and highly aromatic brew.   As a dark roast, Mexican really shines in its full body and nutty follow through.   We hope you enjoy both roasts as much as we do.
