The very high texture of the cream and the characteristic hazelnut color make the appearance of this cup absolutely elegant and refined. The olfactory intensity generated after dispensing is remarkably intoxicating, even after a few minutes. The body is structured and never vulgar, returning a pleasant velvety sensation.

The aromatic profile of “Maestrale” coffee is undoubtedly layered and balanced. The balanced degree of acidity gives value and freshness to the appreciated blend. The aromatic plant is very complete and colorful. The aromatic complexes of flowers and fresh fruit are easily recognizable, which are then declined in hints of cereals, hazelnuts and toasted bread; but also citrus fruits and white flowers, in particular aromas of lemon and pineapple stand out. 

Pleasant the spicy note of black pepper recognizable in the second part of the tasting.
