One of our signature blends, Lights On is the coffee for those who prefer darker roasts or just want a simple, straightforward cup of joe. We roast Lights On-dark to ensure it packs a punch with a rich, pronounced flavor, low acid, and plenty of body for a familiar start to your day. It’s a coffee that pairs fabulously with breakfast foods and happily takes cream and sugar while its fruity base still shines through.

Lights On is always ethically sourced from farmers and cooperatives who are paid above the base market cost for coffee to ensure that your purchase supports the whole chain of people that produced the coffee. Lights On is currently powered by an all women’s coop in La Paz, Marcala, Honduras. Additionally, the coffee is both CCOF Organic and Fair Trade certified.
