Blend with an engaging character. The appearance is immediately uniform and attractive, with the typical hazelnut color of Italian espresso. A distinct aromatic intensity always anticipates the quality appreciated during the tasting.
The excellent and layered body structure is undoubtedly a merit of this cup. The perception of acid and bitterness on average present are balanced and pleasant.
The sensory map describes this blend with notes deriving from the “Toasted” and from the family of dried and dried fruit.
Notes of toast, cocoa, caramel, walnut and hazelnut can be appreciated.
The honey note is delicate and surprising.
