Description
This coffee is unique in that it’s bold and complex, which makes it a great cup of coffee for a pleasant morning wake-up, but it also has delicate and exotic characteristics that make it a delightful cup for any other time of day as well.
If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll recognize the name, Kenyan ‘Muiri Estate’, a fantastic farm we’ve been supporting for years and the only organic farm that we know of in Kenya. Well, this is the second year we purchased their peaberry offering. What’s a peaberry you might ask? Instead of the typical two seeds (beans) that form with the flat sides of the seeds facing each other, sometimes just one seed grows inside of the coffee cherry, resulting in one round seed.
