This is a coffee we are always excited to share. We have worked with Blas since 2016 from Santa Elena, Honduras, the home of Catracha Coffee. Catracha exists to empower coffee producers and their families in Santa Elena. Mayra Powell runs this amazing organization and introduced us to Blas when Tyler visited in January 2018.
We are always eager to share coffee from Catracha coffee because we firmly believe in what they are doing in Honduras & the Santa Elena community. Expect notes of candied orange peel, caramel cream, and a smooth sweet finish.
