Description
This organic Italian roast blend is our darkest offering. We took these South American constituents on a trip to Italy (in our roaster, that is) and roasted the beans until they’re dark and oily, to produce a rich & slightly smoky cup. Although Italy is not a coffee-producing country, in this case the name hails from the dark roasting style common in southern Italy. Also known as our “Black Lab Blend”, this Italian Roast Organic has a full bodied, heavy flavor with notes of baker’s chocolate. We think you’ll love this brew alongside a generous piece of dark chocolate cake!
