Our fourth year purchasing a Honduran coffee from a single producer partnered with the Catracha Co-op. This time around is a single producer by the way of Jose Alberto Ventura. Notes of kiwi, honey nut o cereal, and caramel corn highlight this tasty central American coffee.
Jose Alberto Ventura produced a total of 10 burlaps and we are happy to have purchased all of his micro-lot again this year.
