GROUND COFFEE MEXICO VERACRUZ

This coffee has a superb aromatic complexity and a perfect balance between bitterness and tangy flavors. A vintage with finesse.

Malongo highlights the terroir of Veracruz, in eastern Mexico.

This coffee is grown between 1,000 and 1,250 m altitude by nearly 400 small producers. These coffee growers have come together in a group of cooperatives, INCAFESAM. By pooling their harvests, they acquire more weight in the market. 

INCAFESAM was launched by Malongo to support several cooperatives in the state of Veracruz and surrounding areas. By grouping together, the cooperatives were able to relaunch their activity. INCAFESAM has proven its effectiveness and plans to integrate new cooperatives soon.

The grind of this box has been worked to make a filter coffee. We recommend a ration of 60g of coffee for 1L of water in order to carry out a filtration in the rules of the art and to capture all the flavors of this Mexican vintage. To be enjoyed with a fruit or dried fruit dessert.
