Description

At 1530 m above sea level is probably the best-known growing area in Guatemala for fine highland coffee – Antigua. The volcanic soil of the Atitlan volcano and the rain of Pacific origin make this coffee a popular top coffee. This coffee is grown at an altitude of between 1200 and 1500m. Only the best coffees receive the highest SHB rating from the state coffee supervisory authority, Amacafé.

Highest SHB quality ( strictly hard bean ) wet-processed (washed) of the Bourbon variety.

Flavor Profile:

medium-strong and spicy, complex aromas, good acidity, fine chocolate aftertaste with cocoa and partly smoke aromas

American Roast / City Roast
