Description
Colombia is a country of high-quality coffee. The highland Arabicas thrive under ideal climatic conditions: clouds, guamos trees, and banana trees protect the coffee plants from scorching heat and strong winds. This coffee comes from the Medellin region. For each harvest, the national cooperative “Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia” determines which beans receive the title “Supremo” for the highest quality and which the title “Excelso” for smaller beans.
Here we have the highest quality large beans (Supremo 18, washed) of the Arabica Typica / Bourbon variety.
