Description
Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer (35% share). Coffee is grown there at altitudes between 600 and 1200m.
The best coffees from the farm Fazenda Lagoa and Caxambu are reserved for a small group of quality roasters and are among the world’s best coffees in the Brazilian highlands. The Vieira family regularly achieves top marks at international tastings with their coffees.
This coffee comes from the varieties Arabica Catuai and Mundo Novo is dry processed and corresponds to one of the highest qualities (NY2, 17/18, fine cup).
Flavor Profile:
slightly sweet, spicy, medium to full body, very balanced overall. A low-acid coffee – ideal for breakfast.
Roast recommendation:
City Roast, is also very suitable as a small addition to espresso blends.
