Description
Bensa Kokosa is a washing station in Sidamo purchased and revived in 2019 by the legendary Heleanna Georgalis of Moplaco Trading. Sound familiar? This is the third coffee we’ve purchased through Moplaco, and we just can’t get enough of their meticulous coffee growing and processing practices. This washed lot from Bensa Kokosa is an Ethiopia Landraces variety grown at a whopping 2100 – 2300 masl, fermented for 36 hours in cement tanks, and dried on raised beds. We’re getting wonderfully clean, peachy, and honeyed notes the cup.
