Description
For this espresso specialty, high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans are roasted for an extremely long time and gently in a traditional drum roaster. The result is an espresso with a character that is reminiscent of Italy with every sip. Soft and full in taste, with a subtle cocoa note. Also tastes good as a cappuccino or latte macchiato.
