Our Espresso Barista is a fine blend of organic Robusta beans from Tanzania and organic Arabica beans from Central and South America.
A full-bodied texture is paired with fine accents of nougat and caramel. This blend, which was specially created by our coffee sommeliers for versatile preparation, is particularly impressive in the preparation of barista creations such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.

  The Arabica beans grown in Honduras give the barista an intense taste with a caramel-sweet note, which is rounded off with the addition of Arabica beans from Colombia and Guatemala and Robusta beans from Tanzania.

   The Honduran coffee-growing region consists mainly of mountainous landscapes – coffee is grown here at great heights (SHG – Strictly High Grown). As a result, these organic coffee beans ripen more slowly and become harder and denser than beans that are grown at lower altitudes, which gives them their intense, well-balanced taste.

   The combination with the Sol Naciente organic coffee from Colombia gives the Espresso Barista its creamy body. Our organic coffee suppliers support the community in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta through sustainability projects, among other things.

  The organic coffee beans we use from the Chiquimula region in Guatemala are picked by hand and sorted three times. Due to the careful cultivation process, the manual harvest, and high-quality processing, this coffee impresses with its excellent quality and a fresh and fruity note.
  The selected organic coffee cherries from Tanzania complete our barista. The great heights and the cool equatorial climate encourage the slow ripening of the organic coffee cherries and create some of the best coffees for real moments of pleasure.
