The Cafe Creme is especially suitable for machines such as DeLonghi, Saeco or JURA and presents itself with an excellent crema and a breathtaking aroma. You can use it to make espresso and coffee. It is the best choice as a base for cappuccino and latte macchiato.

Farmers like Don George grow very special coffees in small fincas in the highlands of Honduras. The climate here is unique and therefore it is no wonder that the place is called “El Paraiso”. Each bean is hand selected and our farmers receive a fair wage that is above the market price and enables a better life. All coffees are also purely organic and free of chemical additives.

It took many years until we at Coffee-Nation found an organically grown espresso that convinced us down to the last peak of aroma. The coffees and espressos must correspond to the premium quality class of Coffee-Nation, because it is precisely this philosophy that has made our brand the brand of connoisseurs! With Coffee-Nation BIO & FAIR, we have made our wish a reality: on the one hand, we obtain the beans exclusively from a plantation that we know as if it were in the back of our hand. We know many farmers, pickers and processors by name and know from the organic certification that the coffee is extraordinarily good. On the other hand, we pay a fairly negotiated price for the coffee beans.

In contrast to standard goods, the idea of efficiency does not come before the quality of enjoyment. We sort the beans mostly by hand and roast them in a complex drum roasting process at the lowest heat. Although this takes up to four times longer than ‘shock heat’, it guarantees breathtaking aroma quality with the best taste. For reasons of aroma, we only deliver this series as whole beans so that you can see the excellent quality.
