THE SECRETS OF THE “WASHED COFFEE”
Complete washing is a traditional method of processing coffee. The hand-picked berry is pitted leaving the precious natural pulp called “parchment” on the grain.
The beans are immersed in large tanks of water where they can ferment for a few days,
afterwards they are washed and finally dried in a natural way. The washed coffee thanks to its craftsmanship adds finer and more intense sensations to the taste in the cup.
