Delicato is a special blend that combines in a balanced way the naturally sweet taste of Brazilian Arabica, the spicy notes of fine Indian Robusta and the excellent aroma of the best beans from Guatemala. The result is a coffee with an intense aroma with a round, delicate and sweet taste, with a good body and medium-low acidity. The aroma is rich and complex with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and toasted cereals, a persistent and fine aftertaste. THE SECRETS OF THE “WASHED COFFEE”
Complete washing is a traditional method of processing coffee. The hand-picked berry is pitted leaving the precious natural pulp called “parchment” on the grain. The beans are immersed in large tanks of water where they can ferment for a few days, then they are washed and finally dried in a natural way. The washed coffee thanks to its craftsmanship adds finer and more intense sensations to the taste in the cup.
